I have to admit, I have been out of shape for quite some years. With being “out of shape” of course means I’ve been overweight. Not super-obese, but, you know how it is. And, boy have I good news for you.

Look, I never really considered myself in great shape. I played sports growing up, even played a little bit of college ball, nothing serious, but here and there I was known to mix it up a bit. Got married, settled down, had some kids. Between working to provide for my family, and trying to enjoy the time off that I’ve had over the years, I’ve come to terms with the fact that I’m now very out of shape.

It was around the time of the birth of my first grandchild, of which my wife and I have two of now, that I realized I needed to make a change. I wanted nothing more than to have the energy to do things with my grand babies, like taking them horseback riding, teaching them how to fish, and even how to pull a couple pranks on good old mom and dad. I also wanted to do my part to make sure that I was healthy enough to watch them grow up and turn into contributing members of society.

I started looking casually around online for help. Honestly, there are so many scams and other things to look out for now-a-days, that if you’re really not prepared to siphon through hours of research and claims, you could easily get lost trying to make sense of it all. Not to mention once you start trying to name all your ailments and symptoms, it’s hard to find any advice on the best route to take.

What I mean is, there really wasn’t an apparent easy answer for me, aside from working with my doctor and going through all of that stuff, which we all know can be very time consuming. Sometimes it doesn’t really even help unless you’re able to meet with the right specialist. You could end up walking in circles at the hospital is all I’m saying, and I wasn’t looking for that experience.

Then I came across an interesting video presentation. This presentation seemed to touch a little bit on everything that I’ve been looking into over quite some time now. It said it could help me deal with hunger pains, which being overweight, and not too keen on the idea of putting down the spoon, had my attention.
